Customer Service Representative
You will provide a high standard of customer service and play a vital role in the order management cycle to our Reseller channel customers.
About You
Located in or near Pinkenba
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Customer relationship management experience is highly desirable
Advanced Microsoft Office experience is essential
Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable
Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role (Mon-Fri –8.00 - 4.30pm)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the responsibility for providing a high standard of customer service and play a vital role in the order management cycle to our Reseller channel customers.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
Process and schedule customer orders to ensure best use of inventory and warehouse capacity
Handle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and e-mail
Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers
Co-ordinate with internal sales, warehouse and inventory teams
Assist with continuous improvement projects
View for this role to develop into an Account Coordinator role
