Sales Manager - Metro NSW/ACT
You will deliver regional sales performance through effective leadership and management of the BDM team across the Metro NSW & ACT region
About You
Located in or near Horsley Park.
Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing discipline is preferred
Knowledge and experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP & Salesforce is an advantage)
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry
Established network of contacts within commercial design, contracting and construction community
Ability and willingness to undertake travel
Ability to work from the Horsley Park site full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will have the responsibility for for leading and managing all Business Development Managers (BDMs) within the Greater Metro region to maximize sales opportunities across both the residential and commercial market segments
The Sales Manager ensures sales, profitability and customer service targets are achieved through strong people leadership, sales planning, market engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
The role has a strong emphasis on people management, ensuring BDMs are supported, aligned and held accountable to clear performance expectations, while fostering a culture of customer focus, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
Lead, coach and manage the performance of all BDMs within the region, including direction and oversight of day-to-day activities.
Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, market share and customer service objectives.
Monitor sales activity, pipeline health and order intake across the region to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
Review territory and budget performance with BDMs on a regular basis and take corrective action where required.
Maintain awareness of market conditions, competitor activity and customer trends to support informed decision-making and regional strategy.
Minimisation of time spent in the office and maximum utilisation of internal resources to facilitate greater productivity in the field.
