When can I apply for LEAP?

Applications opens from 1 - 31 August 2026
Will LEAP participants be able to choose which department they want to join during the 24 months program?

Your preferences, skill sets, and the business needs will be taken into consideration when deciding which departments you will rotate to during the 24 months program. However, you'll be exposed in Sales and Plant Operations.
What happens after the 24 months program?

The LEAP participants will be assigned to a department to your discipline of study. Your performance during the 2 years, preferences, skill sets and the business needs will be taken into consideration for your landing role.
What is the recruitment timeline for LEAP?
