Account Manager
This role will be responsible for generating sales revenue in line with agreed sales plans and budgets
About You
- Transferrable skills from prior sales roles
- Basic competency in Word, Excel, and Power point
- SAP & CRM Salesforce experience and knowledge advantageous
- Building industry knowledge and experience preferred but not essential
- Recent graduates or tradespeople encouraged to apply
- Some intrastate travel may be required.
- Located in Adelaide Region (Woodville North office)

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will have the responsibility for generating sales revenue in line with agreed sales plans and budgets, in addition to developing long term business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Ensure business transactions are conducted in a legal and professional manner with strong ethical, safety and compliance standards
- Undertake sales activities within the segment / region to exceed budgeted targets and take corrective action as required, whilst exceeding customer expectation
- Meeting with customers on Residential & Commercial job sites & client premises.
- Project tracking utilising CRM system
- Contribute to the development of the segment and customer strategy and plans, to protect current business and win new business, whilst identifying opportunities for value added products, systems, and services through account plan management
- Develop strong multilevel relationships with targeted customers and segment decision makers whilst providing outstanding customer service to ensure a supplier of choice position
- Maintain and report knowledge of market trends, competitor activities and developments
- Ensure appropriate reporting and recording of sales activities via reports and CRM
- Work across multiple portfolios including internal linings contractors and builders in Residential and Commercial segments
