About You

• Located in or near Camellia.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception or administration position
• Passion for delivering results to a high standard
• SAP and Microsoft experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work from the Camellia office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

About the Role
As the Receptionist, you will have the responsibility for providing assistance with the day-to-day management and operation of the Camellia office as well as providing support to the Executive Committee. 

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Management of reception including mail, couriers, inductions, greeting guests and visitors
• Office management, including but not limited to the ordering of stationery, office equipment, kitchen supplies and amenities
• Management of office contractors
• Organisation of office events
• Raising Purchase orders and processing invoices and expense reconciliation
• Assistance with onboarding activities of new Knauf employees as required
• Assisting the Team Leader with company-wide events
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
