Project Scheduler
You will be responsible for the efficient coordination and scheduling of trades for residential housing projects and will act as a key liaison between builders and subcontractors.
About You
- Located in or near Brisbane
- Prior experience within the Construction/Residential Housing Industry is highly desirable
- Experience managing subcontractor and builder relationships
- Proven experience in a Scheduling or Coordination role
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and software is highly desirable
- Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time

About the Role
As a Trade Scheduler you be responsible for the efficient coordination and scheduling of trades for residential housing projects by ensuring that builder call-ups and reschedules are processed promptly, subcontracted and employed trades are allocated effectively, and works are completed within expected timeframes
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Act as a key liaison between builders and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of works
- Allocate subcontracted and employed trades to various stages of works in residential housing projects
- Manage Scheduling conflicts and troubleshooting issues related to trade attendance, job pack discrepancies, or builder concerns.
- Communication between builders, trades and various subcontractors
- Monitor and report on trade attendance and maintain accurate records of schedules, reschedules, and trade allocations in the company’s systems
- Generate and provide regular reports on project progress, trade performance, and scheduling efficiency to management
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
